We do not pay or receive referral fees or other consideration for the referral of students to us. We do not pay or receive referral fees or other consideration for the referral of students to others.

No limitation

This course does not limit the debtor student’s ability to bring an action or claim under the provision of the United States Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. §101 et seq.

Our fees

The fee to complete the course and receive a certificate of completion is $50. The course is offered to debtors without regard to ability to pay. Please contact us for more information. If you cannot pay you will need to send an affidavit of your status and a copy of your most recent tax returns.

Our instructors have over 45 years of teaching experience, hold bachelors and masters degrees in various subjects, and have won several prestigious teaching awards. Some of our instructors hold certifications with the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences and with the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
